What kind of olives do you grow?
We grow one kind, the Koroneiki variety
What’s so special about the Koroneiki variety?
Koroneiki olive oil is packed with heart-friendly monounsaturated fats, particularly oleic acid. It’s also a great source of vitamins like E and K, plus antioxidants that can help fight inflammation and support your overall well-being.
FUN FACT: Koroneiki olives have some of the highest aggregate levels of antioxidants of any olive variety!
Is your olive oil cold pressed?
Yes it is. We press at 27c ambient temperature.
How quickly do the picked olives get pressed?
We usually press between 1-3 hours after picking. Pressing the olives quickly means the oil has less time to oxidise (react with the oxygen in the air). Less oxidisation = better olive oil.
Is all your oil from the same place?
Yep! All our oil comes from one family grove in the south of Greece.
Sounds good, where can I buy this stuff then?
We work with independent zero waste stockists all over the UK.
